REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from BOBO Pops, you may email us at contact@bobo.cy or call to +35799726789 to discuss your issue. You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of the purchase price.

Return and exchange

Please note that given the perishable nature of our products and due to public and food safety regulations, once a delivery is completed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item. For avoidance of doubt, a delivery is also considered to have been completed if & when the recipient gives any other instruction (such as leaving the goods unattended at the front door/gate) as a form of acknowledging receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and wrong items issues

We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness, quality, and accuracy of the goods that are delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to report spoilage when receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/quantity of items you will be entitled to either a full refund on the items that are affected or an exchange/replacement of such items at no additional cost to you on condition that such goods are (i) unopened and in its original packaging; (ii) kept in the freezer at -10 Celsius or lower until the final decision is taken by us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In all cases, we act with your best interests in mind & will take all measures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
