1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of bobo.cy. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you use the website applies.

2. This website does not sell products

bobo.cy is an information and brand website. We do not sell products or accept orders through this website. Product pages, images, descriptions and any prices shown are for information only and are not an offer to sell. If a cart or checkout button appears on the site, using it does not create an order and no payment will be taken.

You can buy our products:

  • at our shop, Georgiou Griva Digeni 104B, 3101 Limassol;
  • through Wolt, Bolt Food and Foody. We are the seller of the products, and the platform's terms govern ordering, payment, delivery and refunds;
  • from the retailers listed on our Where to buy page, under the retailer's own terms; and
  • by contacting us directly, for wholesale and HORECA supply, office supply, and events for businesses or private customers. These supplies are governed by our Terms of Supply.

If you buy from us under our Terms of Supply, those terms govern the supply, and these Terms of Service govern only your use of this website. If the two conflict on a supply, the Terms of Supply prevail.

3. Product, allergen and nutrition information

We try to keep product information on this website accurate and up to date, but recipes, packaging and availability can change.

The ingredient, allergen, nutrition and storage information on the product packaging is the authoritative source.Always read the label before eating a product. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, do not rely on this website alone.

Information on this website is general product information. It is not dietary, nutritional or medical advice.

4. Using the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use it in breach of any law, or for any fraudulent purpose;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;

You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Business customers may also use our brand names and product images to advertise and resell genuine BOBO products, as our Terms of Supply allow.

This website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes data about your visit to provide and improve its services, including services based on your interactions with other Shopify merchants and with Shopify. This data may be shared with Shopify and other third parties located in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

The website links to third-party websites, including delivery platforms and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Including a link does not mean we endorse the site. Please read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
